You know, I just sat here with 15 minutes left of useable internet - mentally preparing myself to blasted well copy and paste like little Jack and Ianto bunnies so I can read on my bus rides tomorrow...

And then I found your pdf.

I love you

I don't know why I didn't read this - but now I shall read.

I'll comment on chapter 69 *hides slight childish smirk* when I'm done (which shouldn't be too long!)

I could just HUG you! You've got to be the only writer who makes PDF's of their work. Can I friend you to get the other one? I'm surfing my journal at work (evening shift) bored to near death and I see your entry. You're a GENIUS to pdf your work. As a fan, thank you!!!

There are quite a few who pdf, actually - I don't know how obvious their pdfs are to find, though.

(all my available pdfs are linked to on relevant pages from the fic master list)

Thank you for being so awesome and having a pdf file

I'm not sure what to say right now - the very least I guess would be thank you for the PDF, it makes reading flow so much smoother.

As close to the top of the list as it's possible to get, is thank you for the story. Never once, ever, in all the AU Torchwood I've read in the last three weeks or so, did I ever think of Lisa as a 'good guy'.

She was always the baddie that caused Ianto so much pain no matter how hard he tried to help her.

You are an excellent writer and story-teller. Thank you very much for being both. I look very forward to reading more of your works.

Thanks for the lovely comment, I'm glad you enjoyed the story.

There are a few more fics written already in this same 'verse (you can find them on the main master list) which I hope you enjoy - the sequel will finish posting in about 3 more weeks. (A pdf will go up at that point if you prefer waiting for that).

So finally, finally between this lovely PDF and carving out some time in my schedule, I had a chance to read this! I really enjoyed it. So bitter sweet, as it should be. A lovely "what if?" scenario (one of my favorite kinds of stories)

I'm looking forward to starting in on the next part!

'What if' is a great 'genre' of story - it opens up so many options! It's a bit like writing all the parallel universes that opened up with each decision made...

Glad you enjoyed it.

Ok, just finished this one last night (in one sitting. I really must stop staying up all hours of the night...)

I adored it.

I have Turning Point downloaded and am starting that in a few minutes.

Can't wait to read Moving On too.
